At HYDRA's™, we take pride in providing quality essentials that are built for everyday life. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we do offer returns under the following clear terms.

🔄 Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) and clear photos of the issue are required.

• Order cancellations are not accepted once the order is packed.

❌ What Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

• Ordered by mistake

• Changed my mind

• Found cheaper elsewhere

• Damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear

We also do not accept returns for personal care items (once opened), or products marked as final sale or non-returnable.

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

ℹ️ Other Notes

• Do not send returns without first contacting us — unsolicited returns will be rejected.

• You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.
